What does Ayo mean?
Ayo means “joy” in Yoruba, one of the main tribes and languages in Nigeria.

Are your products sold in any stores?
Currently, we are only sold directly through our website, www.ayoskincare.com. Come back to the website to always find the latest in product news and updates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Where is Ayo made?
All Ayo Skincare products are handmade in Berlin with lots of love and care.
What type of ingredients are used?
All of our ingredients are ethically sourced. We use only organic or natural ingredients.
Can I reuse the body butter jars?
Yes, you can! The jars are also industrial compostable, so you can go ahead and throw it in the normal trash bin knowing that it will fully decompose.
Are all of your products vegan?
Yes, our body bars and butters are all vegan.
Are any of Ayo’s products tested on animals?
Absolutely not, our products are only tested on people and their natural skin.
Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?
We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.
Orders
Is there an order limit per product?
Yes, there is a limit of 4 orders per product. Any orders that exceed this limit will not be accepted.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the European Union.
After I place my order, when will my order ship?
All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Your shipping method applies after the order has moved from order receipt to then shipping by the carrier.
What if I need to modify my order?
All orders have a 1 - 2 day business lead time on receipt of order. If you contact us within this window, we may be able to modify your order. Once you are notified that the order is out for shipment, unfortunately, we can no longer modify your order. Please use the contact form and we will do our best to see if we are able to modify your order.
